Overview
Food Facts API sells digital access to software, API services, and usage credits. Because these products are delivered immediately and credits can be consumed after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law.
API Credits
Purchased API credits are non-refundable. Credits represent prepaid access to API usage and are not redeemable for cash. Credits that have been used, partially used, or allocated to an account cannot be refunded.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous charges. Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not receive the digital service you purchased, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request and may issue a refund when required by law or when we determine that a billing error occurred.
